HCC is a 64 bed long-term care home located in downtown Hamilton. Our Home is accredited by the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation and is a member of the Ontario Long Term Care Association. HCC is tastefully decorated, offering private, semi-private and ward accommodation, resident lounges and attractive dining areas.
Management and Staff are committed to providing a high standard of care, delivered in a manner that respects the residents, dignity and right to privacy. We strive for an environment that is pleasant, protective, and comfortable.
