The right to privacy for all residents and families will be respected within our communal living arrangement. Resident needs/ care will be comprehensive, competent, and safe respective of their community and individuality.

Residents and family will have input into their personal care plan. Resident's care will be administered by informed, professional staff in a caring manner.

All nursing home staff will respect the rights, cultural and ethic values of all our residents and family, visitors, volunteers, and fellow staff members.
